Thai Hot Oil Massage

A Thai oil massage is a type of massage that uses massage oils to help with the treatment. This type of massage is said to be helpful in relieving stress and tension, while also improving circulation and flexibility. Improved circulation is one of the main benefits of a Thai oil massage. The oil used in this type of massage helps to improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. This can help to improve overall health, wellness and vitality. Another benefit of a Thai oil massage is improved flexibility. The techniques used in this type of massage can help to loosen tight muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This can lead to an improved range of motion in the joints and reduced pain. Thai oil massages are also said to be helpful in relieving stress. The relaxation techniques used in this type of massage can help to calm the mind and body, leading to a feeling of wellness. This can help to improve overall health and well-being.

The therapist will also leave heated stones on specific points that are thought to be energy centers of the body, to rebalance the body and mind. These include, along your spine, in the palms of your hand, on your belly, or even between your toes to improvethe flow of energy in your body.
